What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the products you buy. Payment card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay’s payment page. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to take the order, arrange delivery, issue a tax invoice, process a refund, and reply to a question about an order. Razorpay uses payment information to complete the transaction and to meet banking rules.

Who we share it with

We share the delivery name, phone number and address with the courier. We share the amount and order reference with Razorpay so the payment can be collected or refunded. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, including GST record-keeping. Account details, if you create an account, stay until you ask us to delete them, except for records we must retain.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of the order information we hold, or ask us to correct it, by writing to the business at the address on the Contact Us page. We may need to keep invoice data even after a deletion request.
