Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to orders placed with MIRA ART (Neha Sharma, GSTIN 08BLVPS1618B1ZW) on the Neev Living website.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to us with the order number. If production of a made-to-order furniture piece has already started, that piece cannot be cancelled. Lamps, mirrors and other ready pieces can be cancelled until they leave Jodhpur.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if the item cannot be supplied or if the payment is not confirmed by Razorpay. If we cancel, the amount received is refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

Ready lamps, mirrors and decor that are unused, unassembled and in the original packing may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order furniture is cut and finished for your order and is not returnable unless it arrives damaged or is materially different from the product description.

Damaged delivery

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and share photographs of the carton and the product. We will repair, replace, or refund the item after we review the photographs.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks typically show the credit within 7 to 10 working days after we initiate the refund. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is because of damage or our error. If you return an unused ready item because you changed your mind, the return freight is borne by you.

How to ask

Write to the business at the principal place of business on the Contact Us page and include the order number. There is no restocking fee.
