Shipping Policy

MIRA ART ships orders placed on the Neev Living website from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to addresses in India.

Dispatch time

Ready lamps, mirrors and decor are usually dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order furniture is built after the order is confirmed and is usually ready to dispatch in 4 to 6 weeks. The product page states when a piece is made to order.

Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the carrier. We share the consignment details when the order leaves Jodhpur. Shipping is arranged to the address entered at checkout. Please check that address before you pay.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. If no charge is shown, delivery of that order is included in the product price.

Title

Title in the goods remains with MIRA ART until Razorpay confirms the payment. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Where we do not ship

We currently deliver within India. We do not ship outside India from this website.
